DENCAS is a mission critical system that provides dental readiness information for deploying forces for the US Navy, US Marine Corps, and the US Coast Guard. DENCAS received the US Navy's e-Business Award in 2001. It was the US Navy's first totally Web-based application that used PKI digital certificates on the Common Access Card (CAC) for user authentication.
